CABTSG Behavioural case referral form
CABTSG has developed a referral form for behavioural cases. The format was approved by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
This form gives the client, vet and behaviourist the security that permission for the referral has been sought and given.
It also encourages contact between vet and behaviourist that is so essential to ensuring appropriate treatment.
We recommend that all behaviourists use this form so that a correct relationship between client, vet and behaviourist is maintained.
